Hello from Sooke, BC, Canada!
I was on my way to work today when the front tire on my '94 KLR had a sudden blowout in a corner. :eek: I nearly went down, but managed to stay upright. I called for a tow truck, whom I had deliver me to Kenco Motorcycles in Sooke(deliberate, well-deserved plug).:thumb:
After I made arrangements for my bike to be checked over( I bought it recently on a private deal), I spotted an '08 Versys on the showroom floor! It was bluetiful! I was in love! The shop owner gave me a trade in price for my bike that I couldn't refuse, so I went for it.:yeahsmile:
I rode the 40 km into work, for a very late start on my day. What a sweet riding bike! It is already a blast to ride, and thats while still keeping the rpm below 4 g's for the proper break-in period. I Have already called to order the Givi sidebags and rack:)
Today started off crappy, but it has turned out great. I love my Versys!
