Is it possible to split a satellite cable in order to have 2 inputs for TiVo?
Due to the way my house was wired, it is difficult to run a new cable from the the satellite to the DirecTV dvr (tivo). Can the current wire be split so that there are two inputs for the TiVo? If you know of any other ways that to acheive this without running a new cable, that would be great to know too. Thanks in advance!

Uh........a Spot satellite tracker enables ones location to be seen from their internet site so that a person's loved ones know where they are. It also includes a rescue function. Has nothing to do with DirecTV.

However as a DirecTV user I can tell you that you cannot split the cable. When I switch to TiVo they even had to replace the dish. The unit will work as two separate units so that you can record on two channels at the same time. I think you could run one cable and loose the two channel capabilities.
