Just started riding last summer. First bike is a 1978 Yamaha 750 triple. The Versys will be my next bike, hopefully this summer.

I heard that my dealer has a hard time getting the Versys in. People ask for them but they can't get them. Strange.

Stopped in a local Kaw dealer yesterday after work--none in stock.

My dealer here in Vegas said that Kawasaki isn't sure how big a demand there will be for the bike so they aren't shipping a ton of units until they see how it sells. My local dealer said they are getting 4 for the year and I just bought the third one.

Good luck on getting one, it's an amazingly good bike.

Test sat a Versys at my "next closest" dealer yesterday. Was a little worried that at 5'7" the seat height would be too much of a stretch. While I can't stand flat footed, I'm sure I'll have no problems with the seat height.
