Just picked up the Versys last weekend....my first bike in the US.
I've been riding bikes for over 12 years back home in India! To name a few, I've driven a Yamaha RX-100, an awesome 2 stroke 110 CC 4 speed, a Suzuki Samurai, a Kawasaki Bajaj Pulsar and a Hero Honda.
Most of the big guns in the bike world go through collaborations to get their bikes into India. Only recently have they managed to setup shops to sell without a domestic partner.
100 to 200 CCs vs. 650 is no comparison. With just 200 miles on it, the Versys is superb! I cannot wait to complete the break-in and REALLY RIDE!!
