Does an online tire selling shop take orders by phone?

My friend ordered his set of tires and wheels on the phone after he went through this website: www.clicktire.com . They have the facility of a 24-hour access on product availability and price. They also offer to take orders by phone that enables the customer to pick up their order at the Boucherville distribution center or through UPS that would be delivered at the customer’s address with varying additional fees according to location.

swmototire.com has great prices, but no phone. I don't know about the phone, but they are quick to answer questions. Does he not have a secure internet site?

BTW, if you are looking for a rear tire. I have a great deal on a Conti Road Attack, 160 60 17, I ordered it from Ride, but while it was on the UPS truck my existing Road Attack went down to the cords and to go out a new immediately.
