Been lurking for a while and thought I would become a part of the wonderful community here.
Picked up my '08 Versys April 26th and love it. Picked it up for $6079 OTD, couldn't pass up the deal.
Great bike, fits me perfectly. Look forward to lots of miles on her.
Upgraded from a 2008 Ninja 250 so my wife could ride with me more and she likes the back seat alot better.

Damn, what a smoking deal. I'm sure you're gonna love it. I went on a 700+ mile trip this weekend on mine and I couldn't have asked for a better motorcycle.

I already do love this bike. Glad someone finally filled the all arounder void in motorcycling. I guess the VStrom kind of did it but what a god awful ugly bike.

new on here to just thought i'd say hello and post a pic of my lovely versys with a fair few mods done to her. what you think??? i'll list the mods, oberon brushed steel bar ends, renthal grips, mirrors with tinted glass, osram night breaker xenon bulbs, led blue side light bulbs, rad cover, zx 10 clear indicator lense's, renthal hard anonised rear sprocket, ermax rear hugger modded so it has no chain guard on it, oberon pegs and micron beta race can. plus stainless steel and anonised replacement bolts throughout the bike, oh ya and one of a kind cotton reels which i'm well proud of :)

Man, you did get a smokin deal on that guy!!! Congrats, you will not be dissapointed with this bike. The Ninja 250 was something I was considering, and I am glad I went with the VS!!!
