Could someone tell me the differences between those two models, because, I intent to buy it very soon :)

I'm pretty sure the color would be the only difference.

I agree with Barefoot,

I just went to the Kawasaki website and in their "overview or detail view" for 2008 Versys nothing was said in the wording such as "new for 2008 or new and improve for 2008" or anything that would suggest to the reader that there was something different from 2007 and 2008 models.

So the color is probably the only thing that's different. That means that the "FREE MANUAL" I posted is still good for 2008! :D

I just bought a 2007 model at a discounted price (well here in the UK), the dealer told me the only difference in the UK was the colours and the stand, apparantly the 2008 model stand in slightly thicker and does not flex as much.

The right side motor mount tab on the frame was also altered and strenghtened on late 2007 (and 2008) models. My 2007 made in September 2006 has the original frame... Here's a pic of the new revised version:
