Colour and clear indicator lenses maybe ABS

I believe there's been a small hugger added to the rear swing-arm.

There is not a rear hugger, nor is ABS offer in the American version. The specs do say that it is about 25# heavier than the 2008 for some reason that I haven't discovered yet.

It's not heavier, it's just how it's quoted. The 2007/8 models quote 181kg dry mass, but 2009 model quotes 206kg kerb mass. It's to do with EU specs that require a test mass with all fuids and a minimum fuel load (3/4, I think).

Color is the only difference I am aware of. Hopefully they fixed the wind screen vibration and the mirrors coming loose...

Dayum! We're just now getting the green and blue in CA, and then you have to show me this. The stealth fighter look is freakin' cool!!

I've had the mirrors come loose early on, but this is the first I've heard about wind screen vibration. Care to expand on that?

most v's tend to get shaky at around 4k rpm. This is mainly up in the windscreen area.
Do a search in the forum for vibrations, actually I think it's stickied somewhere as well, and you will pull up plenty of threads discussing the issue, as well as numerous different way us different V riders found ways to cure said problem.

It's the little things to be grateful for, right? Blue, green, red...it's not anything that a wrench set and a few cans of Krylon can't fix.

Where is that from? I have not seen that color on any of the non-USA sites. The black versions I've seen on Euro Kawi sites do not have a black frame or black wheels (and I've been looking!). I'm annoyed we (USA) didn't get silver or black in 2008 but happy we're not getting them in 2009 so that I don't have to be jealous of people who get the new one. :D
