I think this will be a good trade for the both of us. It seems he is in need of a bike like the XRL, and I am in need of a Versys.
Some laughed at me when I posted this thread. But, hey you never know until you ask!

A good meet-up with eeore. Just to quiet some minds, there was some 'boot' involved. Not a swap of one bike for another.

The key to a good deal is that both parties feel they have been treated fairly.

I now hope that I can stop getting speeding tickets:mad:, but first I have to find out how long I will be suspended for owning the Versys :D.

Ha, commuting home the other day on Paterson pass a guy on a modified XR 650 was behind me and after the twisties I slowed to let him by and when we got to a pretty good straight I had to push it to keep up with him, that thing was fast. I think his tire set up was the only thing keeping him from closing on me in the twsties if it was a super moto set up I think he would have got me there.
