After a couple weeks of ownership of the 07 orange versys...i decided that silver just did not belong! Painted rims, engine underbelly, and rearsets then added ebay black kawi stickers...1/10 the price of OEM!!. Also added the bags from a Buell and they worked sweet. Did a bit of a photo doc. on the install which made them look factory. There is an under fender mount that they attach to and they have the signal light cut-outs in exactly the right place. The other bike beside it is my 06 Monster S2R with rims colour matched to the stripe. So you can pick orange and black or black and orange depending on the mood! Or Ducati red....07 GT1000 or 95 SS900 SP. I need to cut back on the addiction (there are more...and no I am not rich! obsessed maybe...but not rich...if i was, look out!) .Well this site has been a wealth of info. as is the internet way with every bike it seems....great resource! rob aka henrysmart

Henry those Buell bags are mint mate :-)

Could you kindly tell me which Buell bags they are and were you got them from.

Many Thanks

I bought them off ebay and I think they are originally for the Buell XB. I see the tailpack in the same style on ebay right now, but not the saddlebags...i'm thinking any harley/buell dealer can hook you up. I paid $100 new and they come with the brackets. Hope this helps...they do work very well.
