I took delivery of my 2008 black Versys 10 days ago. I last rode a 2003 Suzuki GSXR750 3 years ago. But totaled that in a accident which kept me on my back for 6 weeks and off road bikes for a few years. I have been riding bikes for ever and am racing(trying) a Yamaha YZ250F this year.

Using the Versys to commute to work and am very happy with it so far.

Only problems so far is a headlight that was set way to low, and a problem with the breather pipe for the fuel tank. Haven't got to the bottom of this one yet. But think it has been pinched under the fuel tank. Any ideas ?

Post a question about the breather pipe on the "technical" issues subforum here and I'm sure somebody will answer it for you. I'm mechanically challenged, so I can't help! :o

I'm going to have to fiddle with my headlights, too, but it looks like I can manage that task without injuring myself or the bike. Say a little mechanic's prayer for me, okay?
