I haven't looked around anywhere but I thought some of you may have one already and if you could tell me what you think is the best option I'd appreciate it.

I have the Vista Cruise lock and I'm very happy with it. Installation was pretty straightforward and it holds the throttle just like it should. Actually, I need to tighten mine up a bit, but other than that, it does a good job.

I used a Crampbuster for a good while, but I did not like the fact that it got in my way when I did not want to use it (like around town). I always meant to trim it down so it would ride beside my hand, but I never did.

BTW, there are a few different models of the Vista lock. I used the one that is for all bikes except Yamahas. It's a bit different from the true "universal" model that they make. I think the universal one is a bit more bulky if I recall.

This is my set up, Vista cruise and throttle rocker. Took top bolt out of throttle housing, small hex spacer, new longer stainless bolt. It was the only neat way I could find to get it on there.

I tried the cramp buster but I can't even get myself to ride with it for a couple minutes. I HATE how slippery it is. I squeeze the grip on the outside, and the CB is really slippery plastic. I think they should coat it with a rubbery skin to make it grip your glove better. I was being cheap when I ordered the CB.

I have the Throttlemeister, and it works just fine. Now if I could just figure out how to use it with hand guards . . . . - Hank.

jm, this is what I have, didn't get it from here, got it from my local dealer.

Haven't checked, but assume Versys has the standard 1" bar diameter, I took it off my Valkyrie, KLR 650, it was fine on both of those.

I have the Vista Cruise. It works great, its inexpensive, and doesn't interfere with

the hand guards.

Standard bar diameter's 7/8". For the big cruisers it's 1".
