it's a 1st gen katana!

Well, I guess it's "different strokes for different folks" 'cause I like it. It looks like a cross between a Versys and a 1st Gen KLR650. Even though I normally don't consider any bike with a bottom-routed exhaust as a true dual sport, I could see doing some mile offroad with this bike.

I definitely see some inspiration from that in the V. The way the fairing swoops up to the instrument cluster, the windshield, and the way it flows around the radiator. I guess I favor more of the 'naked' look myself...that is what drove me to the V over the Ninja, then persuaded me to start removing the bit of cowling from the Versys.

That bike with the Versys motor would be a great Versys GS. IMO
