Good luck with that, I hear ya! Parts are hard to come by yet... but just like any "new" thing, give it time and I'm sure they'll get more supply "nearby".

Try Ron Ayers. They have all the parts for the Versys. Just look a the technical fiche and order the part

Every place I tried, including Ron Ayers was giving me 7 to 10 days for delivery which means that they have to get it from Kawasaki so that they can ship it. I found a local dealer so at least I can pick it up when they receive it. I am looking for someone that actually keeps V parts in stock.

$304.00 for a set of the Bridgestone BT-016's? I just got those from Cycle Gear for $247.00 w/tax. They are even cheaper at Indysuperbke, like $225 a set. You can defenitely do better than your guys pricing.

If your stateside, Powerbronze has a specifie price, and the prices aren't terrible (i.e., windscreen is $71.13ish after shipping, whereas buying from the retailr on ebay will put you at $83ish, plus they have different tints).

Stay away from Babbitt's Online. I tried to cancel an order after learning that I was paying $15 to ship a $5 part. Called and left messages because no one answered their online phone line, sent multiple e-mails, even though I tried to cancel within 24 hours of placing the original order (my fault for not looking at the bottom line, but jeez, what a rip-off!) All to no avail. I even called the regular parts store, but they wouldn't or couldn't do anything because they were separate from the online store.

The part did arrive about 5 days earlier than their estimate on the receipt, probably because they realized once I received the part it wasn't worth it to return it with their 15% restocking fee ... meaning I'd lose original S&H, my return postage, and get only $3.50 back.

Here's a UK builder/supplier that carries Radiator guards, crash bars, grab rails, and racks for the Versys. They seem fairly well priced as well, though I don't know what shipping from the UK to the US would be like.

*notice~ you can't find the Versys using the "find your bike/manufacturer option," but if you do searches for specific products they carry you can find that they have made a version of each for the Versys.

Is there many other Kwakas that hold the same generic/oem parts as the versys? just looking for stuff on ebay etc and we don't have much in the way of our lovely bikes over down here on the net plus am quite a ways from all the good bike shops. Also which out of those sites would be the best for rad guard and engine crash/drop bars
