I have an exhaust package I sold to someone. It was installed and then they asked for a refund because they couldn't get it to fit right, said it looked sub-par, and said they were afraid it might fall off and they would be injured.

I received it back today in what I would usually consider non-sellable condition. Here are the defects, you can decide if you want to buy it based on these conditions.

1) Adapter pipe kinked on both ends.

2) Muffler inlet kinked, muffler also has various dings and scratches on it.

3) Muffler strap bolt stripped out and strap twisted.

4) Aluminum Tip scraped up.

To correct a couple of the conditions I will:

1) Sell it with a new adapter pipe

2) Sell it with a new muffler strap

Basically you will have to:

1) Make the inlet of the muffler round again and live with the dings and scratches on the body of the muffler. None of them are huge but IMHO they do detract from the looks. Performance and sound should not be affected.

2) Live with the scratches on the tip or try to polish them out. I think someone could sand and buff it and make it look close to new.

I will sell the complete kit for $60 including shipping. If you don't mind things from a scratch and dent sale and want to save a few bucks on a great sounding exhaust this is a deal for you.
