All that we ask is that you’re responsible for the shipping costs. As for posting prices, many manufactures do not permit us to advertise anything other than MSRP in any form of media unless the item is on closeout. In a word, incredible. I live in Peru and tried to place an order with a company that I've done business with for years, they refused to ship to South America. I checked with two other mail order companies, the first one quoted me $89 to ship a small order, the second company wanted a mind-boggling $225 for shipping. I then saw the ad for Riders Discount on the Versys site, $25 international shipping on any size order. I'm thinking, yea sure, no one ships to Peru for $25, so I sent an email to customer service and got an immediate response from John, he confirmed the shipping cost and said Riders Discount wanted to earn my business, I placed my order. I'm a two time victim of credit card fraud so I also appreciate Lindsay's courtesy and extra effort in confirming my ID and credit card information. All that said, I received my order today, I just wanted to thank Riders Discount, what a great company, thanks again!

Checkout on the web and Rider Discount gives the best shipping rates. USD 25 anywhare. More than half less than the next guy. Thumbs up for international customers.

Great service from these guys and they shipped to Canada for less than their competitors. Just wish they would carry Olympia and Rev'It my favorite brands.

I have made just 1 purchase from you, but it was a good experience.
I do wish you had pricing, and if themanufacturers whine, then don't post the discount price, just say its got an MSRP of say $100.00 but we sell for 6/10ths of that. You never posted a sale price, so technically never broke their dumb rules.

(I may have slightly exaggerated the audience numbers)

I've used Riders D to get my MC gear to Australia too, great service and well worth it atm with the Aussie dollar so high.
As for Broncos comments ..sadly as much as I'd like that say Oprah's visit will help our ailing tourism industry, with our dollar so high that will deter quite a few visitors.

(I think the Hugh Jackman's accident on Oprah's stage has gone viral tho)

Here's my .02...please take it constructively...

I see regular ads from RD on the Versys forum, and each time, I think, "neat product...how much is it?"

I understand that you can't list your discounted prices in the ad here.

But you CAN list MSRP.

Your customers - especially here - understand the concept of MSRP, and thus we also understand that if we call/click to order - we'll find out what the discounted price is.

At least post an MSRP so I can know, right off the bat, if something is or is not in the price range of whatever disposable income I have at the moment I see the ad.

I definitely appreciate the feedback, thank you. Let me talk to my tech guys that write the reviews to see if we can come up with a creative way of doing that. I have been trying to get them to put a link to our website for the product being reviewed (if it is on the website) so that way you can reference it quickly.

Overall very satisfied w/ RD, will purchase from RD again.

I agree on the pricing. If I see a good product that is interesting I'm likely to buy it if the price is right. If there is no price listed I'm done. I'm not motivated enough to make a call for an impulse buy. If I NEED something I'll make some calls to get the best deal.

Just wanted to say that I have now made one purchase with Rider's Discount and I am pleased with it.

The Alpinestars boots (Scout WP) arrived today. I selected them based on a suggestion from Michael.

They shipped quickly, arrived quickly (would've been sooner had it not been for the holiday) and Michael was VERY responsive to my questions.

I will definitely shop with them in the future.

First time customer with my order today and chatted with Mike for quite a bit about various things. Really appreciate vendors that aren't just "Whatcha want? Gimme your CC #. Ship it where? Get the hell off my toll-free line with your questions." A company that actually understands what real customer service is seems to becoming a rare bird.

I wish I could "refine my search" better on your website. For example, if I'm looking for waterproof gloves, I have to sort through 12+ pages of every kind of glove imaginable. Or if I'm looking for a waterproof textile jacket, I have to sort through 12+ pages of leather, mesh, as well as textile jackets.
