October 23

Heading out of Greenbrier, AR Sat morning up to Greers Ferry, Mountain View to Mountain Home and loop back down through the Ozarks near Blanchard Springs. Just a 1 day loop about 230 miles but should be some great riding. Will be a sendoff ride to my brother getting ready to head off for a 2nd tour in Iraq. Have probably 8 or 9 going at this point but anybodys welcome to join the fun.

What time do you plan to leave and where is the meet up point? Can we get a cell phone number? Hope I can make it.

Thanks for the kind words and prayers. I must say I'm a bit more concerned about him this go around because of the troop draw down. He's a Blackhawk pilot and I think they will be one of the few movers over there. Will most likely be flying even more than his first tour.

Weather has been GREAT for a about a month and then early in the week it looked like the weekend was gonna be a rainy mess, (figures..) , but now says only 10% chance of rain. :clap:

Ride went off without a hitch. The weather turned out great and couldn't ask for better roads. Push Mountain Rd was FANTASTIC!!

I'll try to post a small write up and a few pics this next week as I find the time.
