The Wife and I took a ride down to Hico Texas from Wichita Falls. It is about 150 miles one way. Had an great lunch at the Hard 8 Pit BBQ in Stephenville. It was excellent food that I highly recommend.

It was overcast all day which kept it cool and made for an enjoyable ride. The Koffee Kup Diner in Hico has probably the best pie I have ever tasted. I recommend the Banana Blueberry!
