V1k integrated turn signals in brake light

The title says it all. Has anyone installed one of these, and if so, where did your purchase it, 00W resistors used (if needed), fitting problems, and so forth?

100% plug and play if you use the OEM license plate light. I've had one now on my Street Triple R for 5 years w/o any issues.
