Front Axle size

2015 versys. Does anyone know the front axel bolt size and thread specs. I want to get a tap to chase the threads in the fork housing.

You should be able to measure it if you have it in hand... Is it not M18 X 1.5 ?

axle size

Thanks again, actually I measured it again with caliper and it appears to be 20mm with 1.5mm per thread.

axle size

Thanks, I used a better caliper and the axle actually measures 20mm and the threads are 1.5 per meter. Thanks for the help and the suggestions.

Axle diameter is 20mm, but your thread diameter may be 18mm (M18)... Let me have a look.

As I suspected, it's M18 (18mm) x 1.5 (1.5mm per thread).

Front axle diameter is 20mm, so the end is threaded to M18 x 1.5... The threads' outer diameter are easy to measure with a caliper.
