Adventure bike fan

currently just learning about other adventure bikes,
have owned Aprillia Pegaso 650, Klr 650 and Multistrada 620

Welcome to the wonderful world of Versys. As many will be quick to point out the Versys is NOT a factory built ADV bike. BUT it can be transformed into a decent one. At least the 1st and 2nd Gen bikes.

if you are shopping.... a lot depends on what you want to do & where you think your adventure will take you. every bike has trade offs. there are places I took my KLR that I would never attempt on my 1150GS. my Gen III Versys is somewhere in between

if I'm answering your question I assume the basic points have been addressed, such as: did you do a compression test? is it still on fire?
