NEW vs OLD thread marking

I have elected to have the forum come up in black (dark grey...?) when I'm in, and sometimes I find it difficult to decipher which threads have new material, as the difference between the 'brightness' (to the left) is NOT as bold as it could be.

Any chance to increase the difference...?

If what I'm asking isn't clear, PM me.

I browse the forum by category from top to bottom. I find the "New Threads" view to be chaotic and more suited to Facebook. Half of the point of a forum is the organization it allows.

My point is this, on Facebook everything is just puked out there in whatever algorithm the software nerds throw together, or if you click on it, in chronological-ish order.

Just clicking on the New Posts view here is similar.

Organization makes certain types of people happy, hence why there are forum categories.
