We are selling my wife's 2008 Kawasaki Versys 650 that is in excellent condition. It was purchased from a meticulous owner that took great care of the bike and we continued that care during our ownership. It's a 2008 model with 13,880 miles and is ready to go on your next adventure. The bike has no signs of ever being dropped and my wife never dropped it! It has Pilot Road 3 tires that are in great condition and just had a fresh oil change and filter and is ready to go. Feel free to come do a fly and ride.

We bought this bike in July 2015 specifically for our Nova Scotia trip we had planned in 2016. Normally we are ready to go travel the country to find our next bike, but this one showed up in our back yard and we jumped on it as it was such a pristine example. My wife has owned a couple Ninja 650R's and loved this engine, but wanted a more touring oriented bike with such a big trip planned. We always thought the Versys would be too tall for her without lowering with her at 5'4"/29" inseam, but it turns out that with just a low seat concepts seat, her tall Daytona Lady star boots, and the preload backed off, she was comfortable on the bike and loved the way it handled. We actually purchased a lowering link and shorter kickstand anticipating having to lower it, but she liked how well it handled and rode, she didn't want to change it and it was never installed.
The Versys 650 is a great all around bike that we have throughly enjoyed. Even myself at 6'4", I always enjoyd jumping on this bike and going for a ride. I thought I would find it cramped, but I've done a 300+ mile day on it and really enjoyed it. I loved taking it to run errands around town. After owning a couple Ninja 650R's and always enjoying their engines, it was great to throw a leg over the Versys and feel that extra bottom end grunt these engines are tuned for, but still retain a nice top end if you wind it out. It's such a great motor to enjoy on your favorite curvy country road or just jumping on the interstate to get somewhere quickly without feeling strained. It's at home in so many different riding scenarios. The Versys are well balanced bikes that feel nice to ride and their taller suspension gives you a great ride when the road gets rough, but still retains that sporty feel with the 17" tires. It gets awesome fuel mileage and my wife regularly averaged over 50mpg, so with a 5+ gallon fuel tank, it has plenty of range. This bike did awesome on our 4k mile trip to Nova Scotia without a single hickup.
We'll be happy to sell outright, but would also be interested in a Honda CB500X in trade. Maybe you are looking to move up to a larger bike and this is your next step? My wife and I are planning on going full time RV'ing so we need to thin down the bikes and she wants to try out a CB500X next. She'd absolutely love if the CB500X has ABS, but I think we'd be open to any clean example of one. Givi racks are a plus too.
We have a clean title in our hand and in our name
I work from home so I have a pretty flexible schedule if you want to fly in and ride it home.
