Wanted a new helmet that was a bit more aggressive looking than the GT-Air I'm normally wearing. I wear glasses so the drop down visor is a nice touch I wanted to have. Ended up with the Nexx XD1 ordered from Revzilla
After wearing it on a couple of rides here's the preliminary take:
Pros
-IMO looks good
-decent fit and finish (better than my Icon, not as good as my Shoei's)
-some good thought went into some of the features like routing slots for headset & mic wires, camera mounting points (which I didn't use since thats not where I like the helmet cam mounted), lots of adjustability to wear it as a full face, adventure, dirtbike helmet
-light
-quiet
Cons
-the stock clear visor has pinlock mounting nubs but no pinlock lens included (come on guys, you're charging $500 for a helmet don't nickle & dime)
-while I like the bold style it was a pain in the ass when it came to mounting the Q3 base, it had to go quite far forward
