U.M.O (Unidentified Motorcycle Object)

When I purchased my '09 V last year it came with a number of goodies in the Cortech rear bag. I didn't discover that things were in the bag until much later. Seller is not easily located, so I thought I'd see if any of you can ID the objects in the photo below. These gadgets don't seem to go with anything on the bike. Hopefully I'll not be too embarrassed when one of you identifies them and I a reflexively slap my forehead. You can see that they are lockable and have a number of washers that ride on the shaft. The prongs at the end of the shaft are fixed and not movable.

Thanks in advance!

Look like there made to secure something? Maybe the bike no longer has what they were made to hold? Windshield, side bags, rack?

I think its a locking knob for a ram mount.

That sounds accurate to me.

Bingo! That's precisely what they are. Just found locking Ram mounts on Amazon and you nailed it. Unfortunately there were no keys with the knobs, so they're not very useful.

This forum is priceless. Thanks!
