So, for those of you who put on the seat concept, I need to know if I was to put the SC on top of the existing seat (no removal of vinyl or foam on the oem),
1- Do you think that their's enough vinyl on the SC to wrap around and be tacked on the pan, since the extra height of the OEM would induce the raise of the SC kit ?
2 - Is the base foam on the SC molded to the shape of the pan ?
Would that be an horrific fit on the OEM seat ?
Need to raise the seat in a considerable mather, and SC only would not fit my bill
Thank's for the coming answers

PS I already have the Motowerk lowering footpeg kit, but still, my knees are still suffering ...
SC seats are moulded to the shape of the stock pan with just enough cover to wrap around the lip of the pan and be stapled into place like OEM seats. I think that there would not be much room for additional foam.
The additional height over stock OEM seat, plus the lowered Motowerk footpeg kit gave me a great deal of knee pain relief. I have +34" inseam. I find that I have two positions on the seat now and I move fore and aft as I ride for additional comfort- mostly to relieve the slight thigh pressure caused by the most rearward seated position. Ideally I should have a bit of foam removed where my thighs contact the seat, although the firm foam of the SC has moulded to my form over the past two seasons that I've had it and pressure is a bit less there.
I did not trim the vinyl after stapling so you can see how much is left a good 5-10mm on edges.
Note that My Seat was ordered with the Heavy Duty Foam and so there is extra height built into the foam over the standard foam from Seat Concepts.
I commute with the seat fine, but add a Airhawk R cushion when riding long distance which raises me another 5-9mm or so.

Nope - Seat Concepts kit replaces the foam and the vinyl cover. You reuse the seat plastic pan.
If you are saying can I use the SC Vinyl to wrap over the original seat foam and Vinyl... well not going to work as the vinyl attached to the seat pan in the middle.

If you need to rais the seat considerabbly - you can always cut horizontal the Original seat foam and sandwich more foam to raise it - but you will need a new vinyl cover depending on your rise... the OEM cover does not allow for extra height.
