Question 2010 Versys center stand

Is there an OEM center stand, or an after market center stand available for the 2010 Versys?
I like using a center stand for chain maintenance. I also find it handy for oil and filter changing, and for installation of misc accessories.
Or has anybody developed an alternative?
Looking for ideas!

Man-O-Man...did you come to the right place

'Dallasdon" is the man your looking for...Bloody genuine Genius he is and he's just got done designing and pretty much perfecting a Versys custom center stand and if I am not mistaken..he's taking orders now.

Here is my website for the center stand. It was designed on the 2008-09 models and I don 't see any changes to the mounting points on the 2010 model so it should fit those also. If anyone has one and can let me check the mounting I'd appreciate it just to make sure.

Talking Cool Stand

Don
Nice work. Adding bearings to each side of the centerstand is trick.
I have a 2011 on order. I will wait to see if the stand works with the 2010-11 before ordering. The only concern of mine is the rigidity of the actual u-shaped centerstand its self. Does there appear to be a twisting between the two legs of the stand? Overall a much better made stand then the OEM stuff.
Good Work!!!

Actually the new stands coming out toward the end of the month have a 3/4" cross member instead of the 1/2 " shown on the website. A few other tricks strengthens the stand considerably and should eliminate an 'twisting action that might have been occurring.

I'll be posting new pictures on the site when the new pieces come out of production.

This broken thumb on my right hand has been slowing me down and is a pain to do anything on the computer!
